Service Description

Strength Made Simple was created to help you thrive, physically, mentally, and spiritually. This isn’t about perfection or pressure. It’s about showing up, building habits that last, and remembering that your body was made with purpose. Over 7 weeks, you'll experience: -Faith-centered strength training that integrates spiritual growth and heart posture. -Beginner-friendly workouts — perfect for starting fresh or getting back on track. -No intense cardio; all strength workouts are under 30 minutes. -Chair modifications available for every workout. -Optional walking workouts to keep you moving on off days. -Daily content, plus weekly devotionals, teaching videos, and nutrition support. -A focus on healing, mindset renewal, and sustainable habits that last. -Twice a week 60-minute group coaching call. This program is designed by Revelation Wellness and hosted by Certified Live Well coach Kimberly Nihart. Class times are once a week. Cancellation Policy

1. **Cancellation Policy**: Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of training sessions. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session or a cancellation fee. 2. **Health and Safety Policy**: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect their ability to safely participate in fitness activities. The coach reserves the right to modify or cancel sessions based on health concerns. 3. **Confidentiality Policy**: All client information, including health history and progress, is kept confidential unless explicit permission is given by the client to share specific information. 4. **Payment Policy**: Payment for training sessions is due in advance or according to the terms of the training package purchased. Late payments may incur additional fees. 5. **Scope of Services**: The coach will clearly outline the scope of fitness services provided, including exercise programming, nutrition guidance, and goal setting. Any services beyond the agreed scope may require additional fees. 6. **Code of Conduct**: Both the coach and the client are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during training sessions. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disrespectful may result in termination of the coaching relationship. 7. **Refund Policy**: Refunds may be provided in certain circumstances, such as if the client is dissatisfied with the training services provided. Refund requests must be made within a specified time period and are subject to review by the coach. 8. **Communication Policy**: The coach will respond to client communications in a timely manner, typically within 24-48 hours during regular business hours. Urgent matters may be addressed more quickly. 9. **Termination of Services**: Either party has the right to terminate the training relationship at any time for any reason. If the coach terminates the relationship, any unused sessions may be refunded or transferred to another coach, if applicable. 10. **Liability Waiver**: Clients may be required to sign a liability waiver acknowledging the risks associated with fitness training and releasing the coach from any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during training sessions.
