Cancellation Policy
1. **Cancellation Policy**: Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of coaching sessions. Failure to do so may result in a fee or forfeiture of the session. 2. **Confidentiality Policy**: All information shared during coaching sessions is strictly confidential unless explicit permission is given by the client to disclose specific information. 3. **Payment Policy**: Payment for coaching services is due in advance of each session or according to the terms of the coaching package purchased. Late payments may incur additional fees. 4. **Scope of Services**: The coach will clearly outline the scope of services provided and the goals to be achieved during the coaching engagement. Any services beyond the scope agreed upon may require a separate agreement or additional fees. 5. **Code of Conduct**: Both the coach and the client are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during coaching sessions. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disrespectful may result in termination of the coaching relationship. 6. **Refund Policy**: Refunds may be provided in certain circumstances. Refund requests only apply to session packages and must be made 24 hours following initial session and are subject to review by the coach. 7. **Communication Policy**: The coach will respond to client communications in a timely manner, typically within 24-48 hours during regular business hours. Urgent matters may be addressed more quickly. 8. **Termination of Services**: Either party has the right to terminate the coaching relationship at any time for any reason. If the coach terminates the relationship, any unused sessions may be refunded or transferred to another coach, if applicable. 9. **Feedback Policy**: Clients are encouraged to provide feedback on their coaching experience to help improve services. Feedback may be provided anonymously if desired. 10. **Continuing Education and Professional Development**: The coach commits to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices to provide the highest quality coaching services.
